Salvation Army to Provide Free Meals for Residents and Volunteers affected by the Wildfires in New Mexico

The Salvation Army will be operating a feeding station at Bonito Park Nazarene Camp.

Ruidoso, NM (June 14, 2012) – The Salvation Army will be operating a feeding station at the Bonito Park Nazarene Camp beginning with the evening meal June 15, 2012. They will be offering free meals to residents and volunteers who desire a hot meal or information.

The Salvation Army will also be offering food boxes to those residents who may need them. Donations of food supplies or water can be brought to the First Baptist Church in Ruidoso Downs on Highway 70. Their phone number is (575) 937-2086.

The community can support the efforts of The Salvation Army by making a monetary donation. Checks can be sent to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 7725, Ruidoso, NM 88355. Credit card donations can be made by calling (602) 302-7177 or visiting tsasw.org.

No other donations of material goods are being collected at this time.
