The Salvation Army offers assistance to Marco Polo residents following fire

HONOLULU (July 15, 2017) – The Salvation Army Family Services Office on Oahu today offered aid to residents of the Marco Polo condominium impacted by yesterday’s fire with rental assistance, food, clothing and comfort. Residents or their families may call The Salvation Army Family Services Office at 808-800-4330.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the individuals and families affected by yesterday’s fire at the Marco Polo condominium complex,” said Anna Stone, Director of Pathway of Hope for The Salvation Army Hawaiian & Pacific Islands Division. “Our Family Services Office, located at 296 N. Vineyard Blvd. in Honolulu, is available to provide comfort and assistance with food, clothing and even rental assistance for those in need. We would encourage those in need to call us at 808-800-4330.”

The webpage also has a link for those interested in helping with monetary donations. The Salvation Army uses 100 percent of all donations designated ‘disaster relief’ in support of disaster operations.
