Kentucky Friday evening, into Saturday morning.\u00a0 Damage assessments are still underway due to inaccessible area and cell phone outages, but The Salvation Army is providing hope and services to those in Bowling Green and Warren County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Salvation Army of Bowling Green, Kentucky currently has one fixed feeding location at Jennings Creek Elementary School located at 2617 Russellville Road.&nbsp; This location is serving as the county point of distribution for all tornado assistance.&nbsp; They also have one canteen in the community of Magnolia historical district.&nbsp; In addition to food and drinks, vital emotional and spiritual care is being provided to those suffering devastating losses.&nbsp; Captains Johnny and Monica Horton, Corps Officers for The Salvation Army of Bowling Green, have provided 695 meals, 451 drinks, 49 snacks, and spiritual and emotional care for 61 individuals.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are some areas we still can\u2019t get into yet,\u201d says Captain Monica Horton.&nbsp; \u201cWe are thankful for the support we\u2019ve received and will continue providing meals and emotional support to those in Warren County until the need has been met.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can donate online at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.HelpSalvationArmy.org\">www.HelpSalvationArmy.org<\/a>, by calling 1-800-SAL-ARMY and designating \u201cKY Tornado Relief\u201d with your gift, or by texting GIVE to 52000 to donate $10 automatically through your cell phone bill.&nbsp; Monetary donations will ensure The Salvation Army can meet the most immediate needs of those impacted.&nbsp; The Salvation Army uses 100% of all disaster donations to support disaster relief.<\/p>\n<div class=\"credits-overlay\"
